They are greedy. Avoid renting with them if possible. I did not have a good experience. I was mislead and charged fees that make no sense.

It's unfortunate that IC property took over our apartment complex. Never had any issues with maintenance prior to them doing so. They look for cheaper routes in fixing issues which in the long run...

Responses are not timely and I've had several poor experiences by phone. Urgent issues have not been resolved on time in the past.

Horrible communication & Ileana or whatever her name is always calls with an attitude, is extremely rude & tells you to "shut up and let me talk" this is the kind of people you hire ?? Horrible...
