Customer Service is first rate. I got a flat tire in Fowler and had them come come out next morning. Technician changed my tire promptly. Technician and Dispatcher were both very courteous....

I was told the ETA would be 1 1/2 hours, but the actual time was 3 1/2 hours. See picture attached. The tow truck didn't arrive until about 9:20 pm. Horrible service.

If I could give them less than ZERO stars, I would. After waiting OVER 5 hours since my original call to BMW roadside assistance and assigned Hye Class Towing, their driver called to inform me...

This is a delayed review (life was crazy!)- but a few months ago we had a flat tire around 9pm and hours from home. They came to us within the expected time and made sure we got to our hotel safe....

If I could give 0 stars I would. Truck wouldn't start and we called for a tow and were told an hour to an hour and a half. At an hour and a half we called back... they said 30-45 min. At the three...
