So about 2 years ago, they charged every apartment $6 for parking permits. Then a year later assigned everyone a parking spot. Add that up at $6 a apartment. Really everyone had lease then more...

Great apartments! They are well kept and up to date . Apartment manager Stephanie is very friendly and welcoming .Management listens to our concerns and gets to them in a timely manner ....

I've been here almost 7 years now and Stephanie our manager and Felipe our maintenance technician have been by far the BEST!! Always helpful and caring!! Nice complex and great neighbors!
