Our community is located near the 405 Freeway and the Scenic Pacific Coast Highway. We are conveniently close to several parks, marinas, libraries, museums, piers, equestrian trails and a large wildlife preserve. The Huntington Beach Playhouse provides an incredible variety of fine arts, and the beautiful Huntington Beach is just a short drive away. Some of our homes have incredible features such as vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, black modern appliances, brushed nickel accents, dark wooded cabinetry and Brazilian topaz color countertops. Residents are encouraged to enjoy our heated and unheated swimming pools and spa, open year-round. We also have a 24 hour fitness center with several cardio and weight training machines and are open most of the day. Our community has several onsite recreational events and is close to the beach.
