Humboldt Bay Provisions

Humboldt Bay Provisions is an all-local tasting room in the heart of Old Town Eureka on Humboldt Bay. We pour local beers, wines, ciders, and kombucha by the glass or bottle in most cases. We can recommend and serve a local charcuterie platter. You can savor these treats at our reclaimed redwood bar or pack them with you on travels. Our oyster bar, under the supervision of local oyster farmer Captain Sebastian, serves raw and broiled oysters with a variety of gourmet sauces. All item can be prepped to go on request.
