TERRIBLE!!! The lag time is literally 10 seconds from any web click because of the distance to the satellite which the installer said is normal for them, then the reception is spotty. They lie...

Horrible customer service!! I waited on hold forever to get help with completely non functioning "internet service." When I finally did get someone, my poor connection was blamed on the weather....
