Extremely negative experience (-5 stars). First they have promised to open account remotely and sad I don't need SSN number. As result it wasn't true and I had to get my SSN and visit the branch...

Why are they open? Completely unable to provide the most basic of services to their premiere customers. Employees looked like zombies walking around cluelessly. Who oversees this operation??
