I would give them a zero if I could. The women at the desk was completely clueless and not at all helpful. The women who actually did our taxes was Angela and my husband did basically all the work...

Would give 0 stars of possible. The tax consultant Joyce was not good and I had to show her where to find what on my forms. I could have saved myself $400 and done my own taxes. I'm really pissed...
