Not one single employee speaks English. I made an appointment for 10am and was told at 1030 that no one could help me because of the language barrier. I've been going to h and r block for 7 years...

This location is taking money from the hard working community members. They pray on the lack knowledge of locals to file their taxes. They seem to charge more just because your head of household...
