Filed online. Person assigned never responded to my emails or questions. Also, I paid over $400 for my return PLUS an additional $30 transfer fee which I specifically said no to. The app forced it...

I try not to put bad reviews especially in those difficult times but there is a limit... Save yourself time and money go somewhere else. 0 customer service and professionalism.

Dont go here. H&R was fine the past few times but this office has zero friendly or knowledgeable associates. The woman who filed my taxes stressed me out so badly I will never go through them...
