My son decided to go to H&R Block to have his taxes done. There was quite a bit of a wait when he went and was encouraged to drop his documents off and they would call him when they were finished....

First off this review is for this particular H&R Block only. Surprisingly fees change per city...and they change a lot. My parents had used H&R Block in Brentwood CA with no problems and a fee...
