Holy cow I just have no words for the level of unprofessionalism in this place. There is a reason why their rating is so incredibly low. It is well earned.

This place is a joke. 35 minutes in the waiting room, no receptionist, and no greeting from anyone else Meanwhile one of the tax "pros" has her dog here which is clearly her focus.

called in and the dikhead didn't answer my questions... was rude to me... asked to speak with management and got hung up on...
