History

I decided that there is a difference between living with an autoimmune condition and conquering this condition and its affects on my life. I wanted more for myself. I wanted to learn about natural alternatives, lupus resources and more! I wanted to live a healthy happy life with, but preferably one without lupus! When I learned this WAS possible, that I have lupus and lupus doesn't have me, I wanted to make sure no one ever felt alone like I did upon diagnosis. I wanted to share my experiences, good, bad, and ugly. And ultimately I wanted to create a place where lupus warriors could come together, fight together, and grow together. I hoped sexy happy healthy with Lupus one brick at a time could be our goal. This is where Howse Foundation came from!

Specialties

Our goal is to bring people together around life's challenges brought on by chronic illness and provide concise, up-to-date information and a meeting place for individuals, their friends and families, and professionals who offer pathways to help. We offer support groups every 1st Tuesday 530 pm in Simi Valley. Every 1st Saturday in Riverside at 1pm. Every 2nd Saturday 1130am in Rancho Cucamonga. Every 3rd Saturday 12 noon in Hayward.
