I can't complain I am reestablishing my credit with them . I have had no problems .. But yes it had to contact them. And they have no website to male payments of check your balance.

Don't finance your car here even if it's your last option the office is rude my gf has car through them they won't except payments if your a Lil late and trying to catch up very rude office girls

The WORST lender ever!!!! Costumer service is so poor. Very rude employees as is mangers. Went through a small car dealership and ended up with them as my lender. The company is closed weekends...
