These dumplings taste like they came from the frozen section at 99 Ranch. I guess it's typical for a farmers market. I found them in Oceanside. I recommend eating from another vendor.

They definitely don't make them by hand anymore the ones I had this weekend at the Buddhist temple were from a frozen bag! Different meat different texture overall.
