I would agree with the rest of the reviews, the employees here lack energy. I wouldn't say they are rude, but they are certainly not friendly. They act like they have been drafted in a bagel war....

Excellent food, service diffident at best. Best bagels for miles around, but don't be surprised when they get your order wrong and tell you you didn't say that.
