Ashton is a great instructor and I really enjoy taking classes with her! The poses we did in class are good for a beginner. A lot of child's pose and cat cow.

Welcoming and relaxed staff. Well instructed class for beginners like me and advanced students. Loved the cold towel at the end of the class!
