We strive to keep our recipes authentic and true. We have no MSG in our kitchen, so there is no way that it ends up in our foods. Our centuries-old recipes from Thailand incorporate unique blends of herbs and spices from the region. We use coconut milk, kra prao, lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves, cilantro, tamarind, galangal, and many more special ingredients that make our healthy food so tasty.
