Most of the nurses are wonderful, however not every nurse (RN) is a match for everyone's family. They have wonderful CNAs too, except for Tery, her energy is negative and agitated everyone...

My mother used this service. They let her die in pain, she fell out of her bed because they failed to bring her a hospital bed or guard rails near the end. They did not explain the medical aid...
