Hospice of Santa Barbara, also known as HSB, is one of the oldest hospice care programs in the United States. It is a nonprofit organization that has been providing emotional, social and spiritual care services to people diagnosed with terminal illnesses since 1974. The organization offers counseling, support group, case management, educational and bereavement support services. Hospice of Santa Barbara provides various complimentary services that include massage and cranial sacral therapies. The organization also offers palliative and respite care services.
