Wish there were a ZERO Horrible to deal with. They do not care at all. Other party 100% at fault and we get zero help and only roadblocks from Horrace mann.

Tracy Polite and Heather Stewart are jokes. Horace Mann is a joke. all they want is to hike up your rates for someone else's faults. This insurance is cheap for a reason.
