One of the techniques you will learn from me after a couple of sessions, is how your body moves, and which exercises will work for you beat long term. The most important thing getting you back in a healthy state of mind and weight loss is your MOBILITY! We all have busy lives and time consumes us and sometimes buy unnecessary items, but in the end, WE ONLY have One Body, and cannot buy or replace it for another. Program packages include, BMI and Body Fat measurements weekly, weight loss and nutrition programs, monitored calorie intake by me. I am a movement expert, and train in circuit training, High Intensity Intervals Training, strength & conditioning, CORE and balance, TRX and kettle bell expert, boxing, weight lifting techniques for toning faster, cross fit curriculum, with a back ground in physical therapy and martial arts.
