This is a new venture for owner/chef Ed Brown-Wilmot. He has worked in the restaurant business, but never been mobile before.

Specialties

We are a gourmet food trailer. We do festivals and community events in southern California. We also cater private events and fundraisers. Our food is Midwestern State Fair food. We serve breaded pork tenderloin sandwiches, corn dogs, curley fries, elephant ears, lemon shake-ups, fruit smoothies, sodas, and water.
