Honey Pot Meadery, based in Anaheim, CA, was born out of a deep love for mead discovered in 2010. Initially faced with a scarcity of mead options in Southern California, the founders decided to craft their own unique varieties at home. What began as a personal passion project soon transformed into a bustling mead-making endeavor.
Established in mid-2014, Honey Pot Meadery rapidly evolved from a mere dream into a flourishing reality. With the support of friends in Oceanside, California, the team produced their inaugural batch of mead and procured their first barrels. In 2017, they secured a tasting room lease, marking a significant milestone for the company.
At Honey Pot Meadery, the focus is on sharing the diverse spectrum of mead flavors, ranging from rich contrasts to varying levels of sweetness, with the local community. Each sip tells a story, reflecting the team's commitment to offering an array of mead selections to appeal to every palate. Cheers to a mead-filled journey!
