I am so aggravated with this bank. They periodically freeze my card for NO REASON and I go to use it and it is declined. VERY embarrassing in some circumstances. I've asked them to stop doing this...

One of the last customer establishments! They know me on a first name basis, they are polite, professional and have an amazing atmosphere. I'm quite satisfied overall with this bank.
