It's happened to me twice in a row. I've bought your rice cakes at the store and they have tasted like chemical/cleaner. You guys are not rinsing the cleaner residue or whoever is touching them...

I arrived a little after opening so parking was not a problem. My favorite was the rolled pumpkin rice cake. It's not too sweet so I would suggest to top it with a bit of honey.
