We have received great care from Home Instead Case Managers and caregivers (James. Pauline, Laurie, Luisa, Linda, Mehakpreeet, Armando, Sonia, and Kousar) for my mom. I highly recommend them.

Ryan was a god send! After a quick explanation of what we were looking for he sent 3 locations that same day, he setup appointments at all locations for me and the locations were all terrific!

There was some staff turnover which is often unavoidable, but confusing for an elderly person. Caregivers were fine.

We absolutely LOVE our Home Instead helper, Laura. She has literally made it possible for my 95 year old parents to remain in their home. She is personable and a great companion for my parents....
