Holy Spirit School

Established in 1956, Holy Spirit School is an educational community that offers Catholic education to students in kindergarten through eighth grade. It features a courtyard, library, playground, and computer and science laboratories. The school maintains a preschool facility that offers extended-day care programs. Holy Spirit School s academic curriculum includes religious education, mathematics, language arts, literature, art, music, science and social studies. It also provides educational instructions in the areas of family life, human sexuality, and computer, drug and physical education. In addition, the school organizes several cultural and sports programs, as well as educational outings and field trips. Holy Spirit School participates in various Christian community service programs. Its parents club hosts fundraising activities for the financial support of the school. Located in Fremont, Calif., the school is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges and the Western Catholic Educational Association.
