Rampart Police Activities League Inc. (RPAL) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering trust and understanding between the youth of Los Angeles and the police officers who serve them. Through a variety of educational, athletic, and recreational programs, RPAL aims to provide positive influences and effective intervention for neighborhood youth, addressing issues such as gang involvement and juvenile crime.
