December 2016 Amber Harbaugh created Holistix Fitness after being in the fitness industry for 10 years. Holistix Fitness provides individuals the opportunity to exceed their fitness expectations. This is delivered through expert coaching, high-quality equipment, convenient scheduling and exceptional exercise programs. Our primarily focused on movement for all ages that is safe, fun, and self-limiting to strengthen and condition the body. Its not about pushing yourself to the extremes; it's about health. Holistix Fitness also offers personal training to those clients who might need a little more one on one attention. We recommend that a clients who has never trained before start with personal training to help master some of the movements before taking classes.
