Holiday cleaners had moved to Hamilton Ave south East side of the road in Palo Alto a couple of blocks from where they use to be located.

I've actually used this place a bunch of times (incredibly, I never bothered checking Yelp, but now I see it's basically nothing but 1-star reviews). The key problem here is LATE, LATE, LATE....

They lost the belt to my ball gown rendering it unwearable. Do not use this dry cleaner if you would like to get your clothing back and not have it "lost".
