Worst parade I've ever seen. 1 ballon every 5 mins. Not sure what the whole concept is, but every other parade I've been to is a steady-nice flow of floats or participants. Not this one.... watch...

Today was my first time at this parade. I really enjoyed it, we left early from Carlsbad (at 7.40) got to Downtown by 8.15, parked on the street and walked over for breakfast at Richard Walkers...

I have to agree with the other review as it being the worst parade I have ever seen. They call it a ballon parade, but balloons were so spaced out, people were just standing around trying to fill...
