History
Bud is a caddie and runs over 6 miles a day so he needed something high in protein and low in fat to help him thru his round. I started making jerky a little over 5 years ago, and Bud started sharing his jerky with his clients. The clients raved on and on about how good the jerky was and that we need to start a business. That's exactly what we did. We had our Grand Opening in October of 2014 and here we are today!
