History
Taekwondo: Hodori Martial Arts grew out of my love of teaching martial arts, and the desire to teach here in L.A. after moving out from Iowa. I soon realized that my knowledge and skills from years of Tae Kwon Do training, and teaching should be shared with other people who wanted a great workout that could challenge them physically and mentally. Kickboxing: Taking my Taekwondo knowledge I created my fitness kick boxing classes..And so I took basic kicks from Tae Kwon Do, added shadowing boxing, mixed in some traditional strength training, and a helping of positive reinforcement and motivation to get Fitness Kickboxing. Fitness kickboxing and cardio kickboxing is a grand passion of mine, and hopefully soon a passion of yours.
