Hoag Hospital Newport Beach is an acute care, nonprofit hospital located on California's Orange County coastline between Los Angeles and San Diego in Newport Beach. Hoag offers a comprehensive mix of health care services including institutes specializing in care for cancer, digestive health, spine, heart and vascular, neurosciences and women's health, and orthopedics through Hoag's affiliate, Hoag Orthopedic Institute. General Information The Information Desk is located inside the main entrance. Attendants are available to assist with room direction and other information. Patient Billing A customer service representative is available to answer specific financial questions or to receive a payment Monday through Friday in the lobby of the Women's Pavilion. Smoking Hoag is a smoke, vapor and tobacco-free campus. No smoking is allowed. Automatic Teller Machines (ATM's) ATM's are available in the convenience center in the cafeteria. US Mail Drops US Mail drop boxes are located at the main entrance of the hospital and in the convenience center in the cafeteria. Concerns or Questions If there is a concern regarding patient care, please notify the patient's caregiver or a supervisor. Patient Relations representatives can assist with patient rights, problems or concerns, interpretation of hospital policy and procedure, or lost items. The Patient Relations staff is available from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday at 949-764-8220.
