It was established in 1992 as Pho Hoa An (only served Vietnamese Beef noodle soup), Since 1999 we have renamed It as Hoa An Quan which specializing Vietnamese bar food for drinkings. We do have one man band performer nightly from 8:00 pm to 12:00 midnight
