Sacramento Hmong New Year, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the vibrant culture and traditions of the Hmong community in the Sacramento Metropolitan Area. Through their annual Hmong New Year celebration, they provide opportunities for the youth, promote cultural awareness, and support the general welfare of the Hmong community.
With a mission to showcase the richness of Hmong culture, Sacramento Hmong New Year offers a diverse range of entertainment, including traditional Hmong dance, a pageant, Hmong Idol, hip-hop performances, and sports activities. They also provide scholarships for higher education and offer a platform for vendors and sponsors to contribute to one of the biggest Hmong New Year celebrations in California.
