I just want to say that I lived in a HJK building for over two years. In that time of being a downstairs neighbor, my wife and I started being harassed by our very homophobic neighbor upstairs....

Absolutely terrible to deal with. They ignored simple maintenance requests for months at a time. Took me two winters to get my heat fixed. Easily the worst experience I've ever had with a building...
