Stayed here the other night and it was a decent, albeit dark experience. Booked direct and managed to check in using the Hilton App to select my desired room and check-in time. Odd number rooms...

Worst customer service of any hotel I have ever stayed at. Can't change reservations.....put through to 4 different phone numbers, on hold for a total time of 37 minutes. I will never, ever stay...

ALL of the staff was amazing! We got to the hotel prior to check in and the worked hard to get us in our rooms! All of the staff was friendly and accommodating! Amazing stay!!
