Hilda's hopia is the best one in town. Call to make sure they are open and place your order for pick up. I don't recommend just walking in as they may have sold out their famous hopia.

I've been coming to this place for a long time. Still the best kutchinta and puto but now they don't give the shredded coconut (nyog) anymore. Prices are a bit high now too.

The best hopia and white puto in the west coast. Call ahead if you want to order 25pcs or more. Been coming here for 30 yrs.
