History
Highlight & Shadow emerged out of the pandemic. The stylists here came from a large salon and decided that their safety and the safety of their guests was going to be the main focus. Opening their own boutique suite style salon allowed them to create a space that was uniquely theirs, as well as keep the traffic in and out of the business down during this time of Covid-19 uncertainty. They hope you enjoy the comfort of their cute little place looking down over L Street.
