Highland noodle is close to the Galleria mall. It's a small space in a strip mall with plenty of parking. It's very nice inside with dark accents and an open area to watch them make fresh noodles....

The restaurant is nicely decorated. The kitchen is open and you can watch the noodles being made. It is a bit cold inside and I saw a couple move to another booth. I went with the chili flakes...

So good!!! The meat was tender. Service was excellent. I had the braised beef noodles--- and they're not stingy on the noodles either. They have dumplings, rice dishes and salads.

I'm so excited Highland Noodles opened. The Foodies of Rocklin/Roseville Facebook group already posted twice about this restaurant, but it only opened yesterday! I looked at the Milpitas...
