Higher Ground Music and Media (hgmusicmedia.com) was created by local San Diego musician, Jesse Johnson. HGM opened its doors to offer local artists a complete solution for taking their artistic ideas and turning them into marketable products. Currently, Jesse and his wife Holly Rone run the company as a husband and wife team, and offer a full range of creative services for San Diego artists and businesses, as well as the general public. These services include Photography, Web Design, Music Production, Music Education, and Artist Development.

Welcome to Lockout Music Studios San Diego, catering to artists seeking rehearsal, recording, or teaching spaces. Each room has its own air conditioning and many have windows for natural light. The building features key-coded entry and 24-hour video surveillance for security. Navigating is easy with elevators on every floor. We are accessible from major freeways, with convenient parking and a load-in area. Affordable rental rates allow bands to share rooms. Rooms range from 60 to 400 sf. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi. All rooms are acoustically sound with ample outlets. Hourly rentals and spaces for band and DJ rehearsal, drum practice and lessons, painting, and more are available.
