Higgins Muffler is currently Owned and Operated by Jerry Glover. It was opened by, Tom Higgins Sr. as Higgins Radiator on the corner of State St and Gutierrez St in Santa Barbara. Lawrence Johnson bought the business from Tom Higgins Jr. and the business was moved to its current location on the corner of Rose Ave and Haley St in 1978. The business passed hands to its current owner Jerry Glover in 1998.
