Delicious house made coffee. Right in cute downtown Santa Ana is this lovely cafe. Beans are roasted in house and the special lattes are delicious. Indoor seating as well as a nice outdoor patio...

Seasonal latte was delicious and perfectly caffeinated. Parking is free in the lot next door, great fast service. Very busy on a Friday. Free wifi, places to sit outside (picnic benches, tables)....

Coffee was just alright, nothing amazing. I think it's mostly for the ambience here. I had the pistachio coffee and it honestly is very milky and watered down without much of the coffee taste...
