History

We are a newly established kitchen in the Amped Kitchens L.A. North facility. We are a minority owned business, with the co-owners' orginally moving from Savannah, Georgia to the City of Angels. One of our chefs operated a Hibachi food business back in GA before making the move here. Our crew is a blend of Asian American individuals raised in the states who are adapted to the American food culture (Smashburgers and Hot Chicken etc.) and Native Asian members who are familiar with the popular Asian cuisines. This culture fusion gives us a superb view on optimizing the quality of food that best meets the standards of all our foodies out there. We are honored to serve the LA community, offering Deliveries/Pickups through: Ubereats, Grubhub, and Doordash. You can also check us out on FutureFoods for individual customized orders!

Got cravings, but not sure what to order? Our Fusion kitchen specializes in catering to all our hungry foodies out there, by offering a variety of options that range from Smash Burgers to Hibachi rice bowls. Add some sides to pair your entree with, that'll inevitably satisfy those taste buds of yours. We offer healthy salad options to American or Taiwanese snacks. Please note that we are located in the Amped Kitchens L.A. North. We only offer pickups and deliveries, and will bring the order right out to you!
