Over the past 7 years, I have worked in Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, and Santa Monica guiding clients to shape their behavior to fit their desired goals of losing weight, gaining muscle, quitting smoking, getting over an ex, needless obsession, ending procrastination, overcoming test anxiety, diet change, tantrums, and violent outbursts. I remind my clients to practice seeking a truthful mind, to master the body with forbearance, and to share the spirit with compassion.
