The whole company is a joke. I rented a vehicle and returned it. They did not close out the contract for 20 days after and then they charged my card for extra 20 days after a month. 2 weeks after...

They have the WORST customer service in the universe! Our rental appt was @ 10am and they didn't show up until 11am!!!!!!!! Never ever ever use their service again!!!!!!!!
