This is a good reputable rental shop. They will not add on charges(damage waiver) without asking your approval. Counter staff are friendly and helpfull. Yard staff are great. Parking great.

It's the second time I came and it's still a terrible service. They try to charge me extra miles whereas if my contract was unlimited miles!
