Two business minded family guys that was motivated to change their lives. Herb the founder of Herbs Island Grill secret bbq sauce is a very good cook that is not scared to try new things then he found the right recipe that would make people come back for more. Mel was an active duty military that was good in financial, he provided all the support that herb needed and now Herbs Island Grill is making its way on top in food industry.

Really terrible service and food. Plenty of better places to eat. I'd avoid. Owner was a huge jerk, too.
